I obtained dual citizenship in Italy and moved to the coast of Tuscany where I lived in the Maremma Region.  I played in the Italian Professional Baseball League as an Italian.  During my residence, I developed relationships with Italian chefs and wine makers, initiating my passion for food and wine.  I had the good fortune to envelop my life around the excellence that is the European culture.  During this process, an Italian Wine and Olive Oil Importing business was created.

*Upon returning home

With the knowledge and experience gained in Italy, I carried forward my established relationships with wine makers and developed a successful family business.  In addition, I stayed true to my education in Exercise Science and Nutrition.  I developed a fitness clientele over 15 years and was a personal trainer and nutrition advisor.  I also merged my culinary/wine knowledge and creativity as a private chef, providing in-home wine and food pairing dinners.

The Tasting Room was established as a retail Italian Wine Shop, offering free tastings and wine background.  My overall experience and knowledge was the core of the "wine tasting experience."

*Present

I now continue with 25 years experience.  I have developed an authentic, European style of cooking.  I am most fortunate to have had this journey and look forward to many more memories.
